Instructions

An email transfer (e-Transfer) can be completed through your online banking platform at any time. Please be sure to include your church giving number in the comments section. If you don’t know your number, please email us to have one assigned to you. The security of your funds is of utmost importance to us. Please note:

1. Alberton Baptist Church will never ask you to re-send any funds. Such a request is a method that fraudsters utilize.

2. When you set up your e-Transfer in your online banking platform, be very certain that you have spelled all of the information correctly. Church Name: Alberton Baptist Church then, Email: Albertonbaptistfinance@outlook.com

3. Also, when sending e-Transfer, you will need to fill in two boxes. The first one asks you for a security question. You can answer "What is this?". In the second box, the answer to your security question is "Offering". Write that in. 

4. Thank you for your generous giving. Your donation will be applied directly to the Operating Fund. However, you can designate your funds within the comments section of the e-Transfer as follows:  (example: for a $200 donation, you can type in Operation Fund = $100, Missions Fund = $50, Benevolent Fund = $25 and Building Fund = $25). Your donation will be processed according to your breakdown.

5. To be sure you receive a tax receipt for your e-Transfer donation, always include your giving number in the comments section at the time of your contribution. If you don’t know your number, that is okay, your full name will be sufficient to complete your           e-Transfer donation accordingly. You can email us at AlbertonBaptistChurch@gmail.com to ensure we have a profile set up for you and/or have a number assigned to you.

    By giving through e-Transfer, there are no direct fees charged to Alberton Baptist           Church.
